🛒 Return Eligibility:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales

  • Free gifts or samples

📦 Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at [support@drartho.com] with your order ID, reason for return, and product photos.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the warehouse address.

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable courier service (return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong).

💰 Refund Process:

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

⚠ Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
