📦 Return Process:

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the warehouse address.

Ship the product back using a trackable courier service (return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong).
💰 Refund Process:

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
⚠ Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
